About Kimberly
Hi, I’m Kimberly — a certified personal trainer, Pilates and yoga instructor, and the founder of Dulce Vitae — a wellness space where movement meets healing and discipline meets grace.
But I didn’t create this brand from a perfect before-and-after story. I created it from lived experience. I’ve known what it feels like to do everything right and still feel stuck — bloated, burned out, disconnected.
For years, I thought I needed more willpower. But what I really needed was a different kind of wellness — one that worked with my body, not against it.
That’s how Dulce Vitae was born — a blend of strength and softness, rooted in real, sustainable movement and mindful coaching.

What kind of workouts do you offer?
I specialize in fascia-friendly, lymph-boosting movement: think strength training, low-impact sculpt, Pilates, mobility, and subtle fat-loss activation for stubborn areas (like the lower belly or thighs).
What is SubQ fat, and why won’t it budge?
Subcutaneous (SubQ) fat is that pinchable, frustrating layer that often resists traditional diet + exercise. At Dulce, we focus on healing fascia, restoring lymph flow, and reducing stress to help your body let go of what no longer serves it.
Do you use weights or equipment?
We use what you’ve got! My signature programs can be done with bodyweight, resistance bands, a weighted vest, kettle bells or dumbbells—your choice. I’ll guide you step-by-step.
Is this safe if I have joint pain, menopause symptoms, or health conditions?
Yes. In fact, I tailor everything to be hormone-friendly, joint-safe, and anti-inflammatory. Many of my clients are navigating menopause, gut issues, or autoimmune flares—I get it, and I’ve got you.
How often do I need to train?
Even 3–4x a week of targeted movement with supportive rituals (hello, fascia brushing + red light!) can transform your body over time. Consistency over intensity.
Are your programs online or in-person?
Both! You can train with me from anywhere through digital programs, or join in-person coaching (New Jersey-based) for 1:1 support.
